Buy by invoice or purchase order
Some agencies and state programs cannot pay through a card link. If that is you, you can buy the program report bundle with a quote, a purchase order, and an invoice. This page says what to send and what comes back.
Nothing about the product changes. You get the same archive of board reports that the bundle page describes, and the same independence terms: a purchase buys no influence over grades, methodology, or which agencies are listed. An agency's own board report stays free.
What you can buy this way
- One bundle, up to 25 agencies. Ask for the price in your quote.
- One bundle, up to 100 agencies. Ask for the price in your quote.
- Monthly refresh, billed yearly. A fresh archive each month for the agencies a bundle covers. By invoice it is billed once a year. Ask for the price in your quote.
- Something else for a program. A branded copy of the scorecard for your program is described in the fork quickstart. Describe what you have in mind and the quote will say what is and is not included.
Prices are in US dollars and are read from the same plan file as the bundle page, so the two never disagree. If scripting is off, the quote states the price.
How it works
- Send the request below. It opens an email in your own mail program. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and this page keeps no copy.
- You get a quote by reply. It lists each line item and its price, the total, the payment terms, how long the quote stands, and what starts the delivery clock.
- You accept the quote in the way your office requires, for example with a purchase order that cites the quote.
- You get an invoice that cites your purchase order number.
- The archive is built and sent to the address you name, with the same manifest as a card purchase: every agency id you asked for is listed with what happened to it.
A blank quote is published so you can see the fields before you ask. If your office needs supplier forms, a registration, or a particular purchase order format, say so in your request and the reply will tell you what can be supplied.

What this does not change
Grades, methodology, weights, and which agencies are listed are never for sale, and the numbers in a bundle are the ones on the public site.
