Correct or claim an agency listing

Tell us when a name, feed URL, service status, or other listing detail is wrong. Agency staff can also ask to become the verified contact for a listing. A request is not treated as proof by itself.

Corrections do not require a claim

Anyone can report a factual error. Link to the agency's official website, public feed page, procurement record, or another source that lets a reviewer confirm the change. We correct supported facts without requiring the agency to create or maintain an account.

How an agency claim is verified

Use one of these proof paths. Do not put private email addresses, access tokens, or credentials in a public issue.

Until a reviewer checks one of those paths, the request remains unverified. Verification confirms the contact's relationship to the listing; it does not endorse the score or change the rubric.

What happens next

  1. Open a request and describe the exact correction or claim.
  2. A maintainer checks the public evidence and may ask for one missing detail.
  3. The underlying registry is changed in a reviewed pull request, leaving a public audit trail.
  4. The next scoring run republishes the listing. Removal requests are handled under the same policy.

Open a correction or claim request

Public issues are appropriate for public facts only. For private proof, open the issue without the private detail and use the maintainer contact it provides.
