Compare two agencies.

Choose two scorecards to check whether they use the same rubric, scoring profile, validator, and measured category set, and come from distinct feed bytes. Like-for-like results can appear in one table; otherwise the page keeps the grades separate and links to both full scorecards.

Building the comparison table needs JavaScript, and so does the rest of the agency list: without it the pickers hold the first 50 of 2009 agencies. Every scorecard is listed in the agency directory, and each scorecard has a Compare link that fills in the first agency for you.

Category scores measure published data quality, not service quality, and a missing realtime feed is shown as not yet published, never as a failure. How to read a scorecard.
